When I was younger, I was a very active kid. Tried a variety of sports but found my passion for running, especially trail running, in Calgary – Canada.
Calgary is surrounded by pathways and trails everywhere. From downtown, besides the Bow River, to the famous Rocky Mountains.
As a trainer I’ve been paying closer attention to runners and their needs in the last 5 – 6 years, as running is essential to almost every sport activity that is not water related.
This blog is to share what I’ve been developing as a trainer – have my own methodology based on the Gray Institute philosophy and scientific research – to help you improve your performance and understand better your body.
Beforehand I can tell you, the most important, you must have fun when you run!
Enjoy this blog and feel free to share your thoughts and ideas, I would love to learn from your experience as well.
Talk to you soon,
